In Costa Rica, the traditional way of coffee brewing is by using the “CHORREADOR,” which means “to drip,” referring to the pouring of hot water over coffee grounds. A chorreador itself is the base, usually wooden, that holds the “bolsa” or “bolsita,” the small cotton bag filled with coffee.
